Why, isn't this clever..?

A former payphone at the Grant Park East parking garage has been reduced to a marketing gimmick by people trying to get us to visit South Carolina for winter.

On second glance I suppose that's a shell from some SC beach, but at first I thought that was a noose and a KKK hood, which seemed equally appropriate motifs for the state.
