Pedian is one of my favorite signs. I have featured it on my site and I love the Lincoln Ave. motels. Unfortunately the PEdian sign is now gone as is the building that once sold the carpets. It was recently torn down. For what? I don't know you yet. The Tip Top motel sign is also gone. The motel underwent a renovation last year and is now called River View Motel with a much boring sign.
