That vacant building is a very nice late 19th century 4-flat. So sad. There are so many beautiful vacant and abandoned 19th houses and buildings throughout the South and Southwest sides.

That would be a nice building to flip. Hopefully it might net a profit, if not a good place to stay after the renovations are done.
