I just stayed in the building in the center of your photo (tan with banner at top), in a corporate apartment. I was on the 20th floor facing Navy Pier and the Lake. Love the area, love the park (almost no one was using it when I was there). Great new asset for the city.

I would like to know who is buying up all these condos downtown at the prices which they post...and as for new green space off the tourist track not being used...well im not surprised seeing as how "sanitized" Chicago downtown proper has become in recent years, unless youre on the mag mile clodding along with all the other khaki colored white sneaker wearing suburbanites much of other spaces seems under utilized except by maybe only 24 homeless people which a new study (out today) claims Chicago has...the rest are comfortably watching plasma screens in these towering filing cabinets.
